2. A swarm is a large collection of Bees that have not found a new place to live, they are not in anything but are on or hanging from something joined together like a beard, at which stage if they are in something they have become hive and I can not help you.
3. You have not attempted to move the swarm by hosing it, poking it, throwing stones at it, smoking the bees or taking any action to make the swarm move. This action will only aggravate the bees and encourage them to sting in defence. I Don’t like getting stung either!
4. It must be easily assessable.
Interfering with the swarm will make it more difficult for a beekeeper or licensed pest control Operator to deal with the bees. [I am licenced beekeeper UK6]
Removal of swarms.
